After breakfast, we will first drive to【Asakusa Temple】(No less than 30 minutes). Sensoji Temple is a historic and popular temple in Tokyo with a history of more than 1,400 years. The main deity enshrined is the Holy Avalokitesvara. Then visit [Nakamise Shopping Street] (no less than 30 minutes), which is one of the busiest shopping streets in Tokyo. Then go on a car tour to see the tallest tower in the world——【TOKYO SKYTREE】, then go to【Imperial Palace + Niju Bridge】(No less than 30 minutes) The Imperial Palace is the palace where the Emperor of Japan lives. Check out after breakfast and head to【Tokyo Metropolitan Government】(No less than 30 minutes) The headquarters of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government was designed by the famous Japanese architect Kenzo Tange. The design is mainly based on postmodernism. It quoted the design of the Gothic church as a blueprint and adopted a three-section horizontal and three-section vertical facade similar to Notre Dame de Paris. There are 48 floors in total. You can have a 360-degree view of Tokyo. Overlooking Tokyo, you can not only have a panoramic view of Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, the Imperial Palace, Meiji Jingu Shrine, Yoyogi Park, Tokyo Tower, etc., but when the weather is clear, you can also overlook the spectacular scenery of the Tokyo Bay cross-sea Rainbow Bridge and the beautiful Mount Fuji.

Then drive to Ueno Park to visit【Tokyo National Museum, Japan】A large collection of Japanese national treasures, giving you an in-depth understanding of Japan’s past and present (free tour, no less than 90 minutes).【National Museum of Western Art】The only work by Le Corbusier in Japan, it is also the only art museum in Japan that collects Western art. Visit after breakfast【Karuizawa Stone Church】There are two famous churches in Hoshino Resorts, the Stone Church designed by American architect Kendrick Kellogg that is in harmony with nature, and the Plateau Church with a history of nearly a hundred years.

【Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza】Completed in 1995, it has more than 200 outlets focusing on overseas fashion designer brands. The nearby Harunire Terrace (Spring Elm Street) leads to a different fashion factor from the shopping mall. It is in a claustrophobic place surrounded by forests, but it has many high-end shops and restaurants. Feel free to roam around Karuizawa, which John Lennon called his second home.

In the afternoon, we drove to the main venue of the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics [Nagano Hakuba]. The Nagano mountains, known as the Northern Alps of Japan, were still covered with thin white snow in April, and they were very spectacular.

Tateyama Kurobe Alps Tour

Experience a variety of means of transportation (tunnel trolleybus, cable car and aerial ropeway) to start the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route trip.

Starting from Ogizawa, the trolleybus will take you through the 6.1-kilometer-long Kanden Tunnel to the Kurobe Reservoir (1,470 meters above sea level). Pass through [Kurobe Dam] and take the underground cable car to [Kurobedaira] (1,828 meters above sea level) where you can overlook the entire Kurobe Lake. Then, the ropeway will take you to the [Daikanbo Observation Deck] (elevation 2,316 meters), where you can have an unobstructed view of the Japanese Alps and the lake behind the dam. Starting from the Daikanbo Observation Deck, another trolleybus will take you across Tateyama to [Murodo] (2,450 meters above sea level) and the famous [Daisetsu Valley].


[Kurobe Dam] was completed in 1963 and is the largest arched dome overflow dam in Japan. The dam with a height of 186 meters discharges more than 10 tons of water per second, which is very shocking!

The shallow water spray can form a rainbow on a nice day.

Wonder of the World - Snow Valley [Opening Time: April 15th - June 22nd]

[Daisetsudani] Located in the center of the Tateyama Kurobe Northern Alps at an altitude of 2,450 meters, the mountains above 3,000 meters are in front of you. It is the highest point of the Tateyama Kurobe Route, Japan's famous alpine tourism and hiking route. The snow on the top of the mountain is thickest in April, reaching more than ten meters. The locals used snowplows to dig out a road in the snow, with snow walls standing on both sides, forming the wonder of the Snow Valley.

Gaoyuan Castle Park

[Takahara Castle] is a city with a history of 700 years. The nature is rich and colorful, and different seasons have different fun: cherry blossoms in spring, new greenery in summer, maple leaves in autumn, and you can also bathe in hot springs. The site of Gaoyuan Castle is also a famous cherry blossom viewing spot in the country, with approximately 400,000 cherry blossom viewing visitors coming every year. There are about 1,500 Takato Sakura trees planted here, the oldest one is over 130 years old. It is known as "the best cherry blossom in the world" because of its large number, large scale, petite and cute reddish cherry blossoms. Tsumagojuku/Magagojuku

[Tsumago-juku], located in Nagano Prefecture, was first known as a collection of hotels and has always been a stopover for business travelers. The street scene that has been preserved today is as simple and honest as it was about 150 years ago.

It is located on the east bank of the Ran River in Minami Kiso Town, Kiso County, Nagano Prefecture. Together with the neighboring Magome-juku and the pass leading to Magome-juku, it is a famous tourist spot representing Kiso Road. In 1976, it was selected as a national important traditional building preservation area and was one of the first sites selected.
