After breakfast at the hotel, depart for sightseeing【Old Town of Baku】Old Town of BakuIt is an old city with a long history. The layout that tourists see today was formed after the Shirvan Shah Dynasty established its capital in the 12th century. Some major buildings were rebuilt or built after that. The main attractions in the old city include: Shirvanshah Palace, two business houses, "Bukhara" and "Multan". To the north is the main entrance of the old city, Shamakh Gate, etc. In 2000, the Old Town of Baku was listed as a World Heritage Site.

巴库老城.webp

Appearance Tour【Aliyev Cultural Center】*Heydar Aliyev Center, designed by world-famous architect Zaha Hadid, is a symbol and landmark of modern Baku and a "crown jewel" among many buildings in Azerbaijan. Construction of the cultural center started in 2007 and was completed in 2012. No straight lines are used in its design. The appearance is similar to a wave rising from the ground to the sky, and then slowly falling back to the ground. The lines "connect" the past and the present, which is breathtaking. This is not only a tribute to postmodern architectural art, but also a depiction of eternal cycles, aiming to eliminate the perceived boundaries between buildings and people, opening it up to anyone, regardless of gender, race and origin, to come together through shared ideas.

Shirvan Shah Palace】*Shirvanshah's Palace, visit inside. It was built by the Shirvanshah family in the 14th-15th century. It is a combination of mosques, palaces, temples and other buildings. It is a very famous attraction in the ancient city of Baku.

Today, the tower is less than 100 meters away from the Caspian Sea. The whole tower is 27 meters high and has 8 floors of cylindrical shape. Each floor can accommodate more than 50 people. There is a well inside, and the water in the well is cool and sweet all year round. To the north of the old city is Baku's main road, Independence Street, and to the south of the city is the Caspian Sea coast. The scenery here is very good.

After visiting【Flame Tower】Flame Towers, consisting of three tall towers, is the tallest building in Baku and is named after its appearance that resembles a flame. The project was designed by the American architecture firm HOK and is currently used as luxury residential apartments, an office tower and a hotel (Fairmont Flame Towers Baku Hotel & Resort).

Seat payment instructions

1. Applicable seating range

"Preferred seats" usually refer to the front row area of the bus (specifically based on the actual seat distribution on the bus that day). These seats enjoy a wider field of view, a more convenient boarding and alighting experience, and a relatively comfortable riding space.

2.Charging standards

(1) Itinerary of 8 days or less: USD 12/person/day

(2) Itinerary of more than 8 days: USD 15/person/day

The fee will be calculated on a daily basis based on the total number of days of the trip and will be charged once upon registration.

3. Reservation rules

(1)Voluntary choice: All tour participants can voluntarily choose whether to purchase the preferred seat service when registering based on their own needs.

(2)First-come, first-served: The number of preferred seats is limited. Usually for models with 15 seats or above, the first three rows belong to the paid area. Confirmation is based on payment order, while stocks last.

(3)Priority for traveling together: If traveling companions (same order) need to book preferred seats at the same time, we will try our best to arrange adjacent seats.

4. Precautions

(1) The preferred seat fee does not include any other service content, but only the priority of seat location.

(2)If the car needs to be replaced due to weather, road conditions, vehicle scheduling, etc., we will try our best to provide a seat arrangement of the same value, or refund the corresponding fee based on the actual number of affected days.

(3)For passengers who have not purchased this service, we will allocate other seats for free in a rotating order and try to ensure that the seats of traveling companions are adjacent to each other.

5.Refund policy

(1) If the order is canceled more than 7 days before the start of the trip, the preferred seat fee will be fully refunded;

(2) If canceled 3-7 days before the trip, 50% of the fee will be refunded;

(3)No refund will be given if canceled within 3 days before the trip.

Itinerary instructions

Special instructions:

1. The above itinerary sequence, attractions, flights and accommodation locations may be temporarily changed, modified or replaced. The final itinerary is subject to the itinerary confirmed by our company before departure;

2. Our company reserves the right to change the itinerary and add price differences due to factors such as airlines, visas, governments, weather, etc.;

3. The flight numbers and times listed in the itinerary are for reference only, and reasonable adjustments will be made based on the actual situation;

Instructions for cancellation and change

1. The trip cancellation terms are as follows:

(1) Cancellation 120 days or more before departure: full refund.

(2) Cancellation 90 to 119 days before departure: a handling fee of 5% of the tour fee + non-refundable fees incurred;

(3) Cancellation 60 to 89 days before departure: 10% handling fee of the tour fee + non-refundable fees incurred;

(4) Cancellation 59 days or less before departure: No refund will be given. Substitution is supported and a 5% fee will be charged.

Warm reminder: It is recommended to purchase travel-related insurance by yourself when registering. If you cancel the trip due to personal reasons, you can apply for compensation from the insurance company according to the insurance terms.

Remark:

Cancellation policy does not include air tickets and cruise itineraries (subject to airline and cruise line policies)

Those who fail to join on time on the day of departure will be deemed to have given up automatically and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.

For other additional hotels or services, please refer to hotel regulations to determine whether refunds are possible.

If you withdraw from the trip or fail to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (lack of travel documents, visa issues, lateness, illness, accidents, etc.), the paid tour fee will not be refunded, nor will it be compensated with other services.

2. Description of force majeure:

In the event of force majeure factors such as weather, war, and strikes that make the tour impossible, our company will give priority to protecting the safety of guests and their property. We have the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary. We do not assume any direct or indirect liability caused by force majeure, and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.

3. Recharge instructions:

(1) If the airline adjusts the ticket price policy-wise, please make up the difference according to regulations. If the ticket price is a group ticket, no changes, substitutions, or refunds are allowed.

(2) If the national policy of the tourist destination adjusts the fees and the items or other related prices are not included in the itinerary, please pay the difference as required.

(3) Strongly recommended: You need to purchase insurance when traveling. Itinerary changes caused by emergencies, severe weather, natural disasters or wars, abnormal health conditions of yourself or your family, flight delays or cancellations, strikes, etc., lost luggage, cancellation or change of cruise voyages, health problems and personal injuries, loss of property, etc., will all affect your travel plans. If an emergency situation occurs, the group organization will try its best to help solve it, but it will not bear legal responsibility and claim liability. Please choose the insurance that suits you to protect your personal travel and health care expenses.

It is particularly recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance to cover the following risks:

Trip cancellation/interruption

Emergency medical and rescue

flight delay

Lost/delayed baggage

Travel information

1. Gathering and boarding requirements

(1) All tour group members must gather on time and depart on time. Please arrive at the boarding location 15 minutes in advance. Our company’s tour bus will not wait. If you fail to gather and set off at the agreed time and location, or fail to join midway, you will be deemed to have given up automatically and the fee will not be refunded.

(2) The pick-up and drop-off times stated in the tour notice are all estimated times, and the specific pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to confirmation by the company. If due to traffic conditions or other special circumstances, our company's bus cannot arrive at the boarding location on time or the time is temporarily changed, our company will notify you in time, so please be patient.

2. Vehicle and luggage requirements

(1) Passenger buses are divided into three types: buses, minibuses and minibuses. Generally, buses have a luggage compartment dedicated to storing luggage, while minibuses and minibuses have relatively smaller space for luggage storage. In view of the limited space in the luggage compartment of the bus, it is recommended not to carry too much luggage when traveling. Our company will arrange vehicles according to the final group size, ensuring one person per person.

(2) In order to avoid overcrowding in front of the scenic spots, the bus parking areas in most cities are far away from the scenic spots, and drivers are not allowed to park casually. Violators will be subject to heavy fines. If necessary, the pick-up and drop-off location may be some distance away from the attraction. Please understand.

3. Safety tips for taking a bus

(1) Smoking in the car is prohibited.

(2) Please do not bring prohibited items.

(3) Do not fiddle with anything on the car at will to avoid unnecessary damage.

(4) During the temporary stop of the bus, follow the tour guide’s arrangements and do not stay away from the group.

(5) When group members get off the bus for sightseeing, dining, or shopping, please close the windows of the tour vehicle and carry your valuables with you. The travel agency is not responsible for any loss or theft.

(6) Due to the long journey time and heavy vehicle loads, if the car breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will quickly take remedial measures and ask the group members to actively cooperate.

Instructions for group participation and safety risks

1.Tips on things to note when registering for a group tour

(1) When you are preparing to travel overseas, please be sure to carefully check whether the passport you hold is valid for more than six months. If there is a problem with your relevant documents that results in the inability to apply for a visa or complete the entry-exit approval, you will be responsible for all the resulting losses.

(2) Whether to issue a visa or allow entry is the administrative power or sovereignty of the relevant organization. You should provide the true information as required, and the travel agency can assist in the process. If you are unable to apply for a passport, visa, or entry-exit permit in time due to your own reasons or problems with the materials provided, which affects your itinerary, or if you are refused a passport, visa, or entry by the relevant authorities, the relevant responsibilities shall be borne by the tourist himself.

(3) According to the visa processing procedures of embassies and consulates in Europe, America and Asia, the embassies and consulates will frequently update the information required for visa processing and will not regularly inform you of the update time. Therefore, the travel agency will notify you at any time to supplement the visa materials in a timely manner according to the requirements of the embassies and consulates of European, American and Asian countries. Please understand and actively cooperate. However, if the embassy or consulate delays or refuses a visa due to flaws in the visa information you provide or failure to provide visa information in a timely manner, you will be responsible for all losses resulting therefrom.

(4) According to the entry-exit management regulations, in addition to obtaining a visa from the embassy or consulate of the destination country, you will also need to obtain entry-exit administrative permission from the border inspection station and the immigration bureau of other countries. Therefore, if you only obtain a visa from the destination country, but fail to obtain the entry-exit administrative permission from the relevant agency due to your personal reasons, all losses incurred will be borne by you.

2.Risk warnings regarding tourists’ health conditions and tourist activities

(1) You are obliged to truthfully explain your health status and past medical history to the travel agency when registering for a group tour. The travel agency recommends that you choose suitable products based on your health status, and recommends that you go to a regular hospital for relevant physical examinations. If you still insist on participating in this trip after being advised, the travel agency will have reasonable grounds to believe that you have undergone relevant physical examinations and that your physical condition is suitable for participating in this trip according to the doctor's instructions. However, travel agencies still have the right to recommend that senior citizens over the age of 65 (inclusive) need to be accompanied by their family members when traveling, and minors should be accompanied by their parents or temporary guardians designated by their parents. They also have the right to require relevant personnel to purchase corresponding travel accident insurance in accordance with the requirements of the insurance company. If you fail to arrange accompanying persons as required by the travel agency, the travel agency has the right to refuse your group registration. Please understand.

(2) When tourists are in danger of personal or property safety, or when outbound tourists are in trouble abroad, they may request tourism operators, local governments and relevant agencies (including local agencies) to provide assistance and protection within the scope of their duties, but the expenses incurred shall be borne by the tourists themselves. Therefore, if you encounter personal or property safety difficulties abroad, please be sure to contact the escort or group agency, reception agency, local travel agency, local government and relevant agencies for help as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary losses.

(3) If you suddenly become ill during the trip, the travel agency will try its best to arrange for you to go to the hospital for treatment. However, due to the conditions and time constraints of outbound travel, the travel agency may not be able to fully meet your requirements and may not be able to go to your designated medical institution. However, the travel agency will assist you to go to the corresponding medical institution based on the principle of prompt treatment or following the advice of professional medical personnel. The costs incurred must be borne by you, please understand.

(4) If you suddenly become ill during the trip, since the group leader is responsible for taking care of the entire group of tourists, he cannot leave other tourists to accompany you for a long time. However, the travel agency will try its best to arrange relevant personnel to assist you with follow-up medical treatment as needed. There is no occupation similar to that of a nurse in overseas countries, so if you want to get the accompanying documents for the whole treatment, please contact the travel agency in time. The travel agency can help arrange for your immediate family members to visit. The expenses incurred must be borne by you. Please understand. Therefore, please be sure to register your emergency contact person and contact information in the country with your travel agency before traveling in case of emergency. There is no error in this sentence.

(5) If you have an accident abroad and need domestic relatives to accompany you on site to bring documents, please contact your travel agency in time. The travel agency will promptly contact your relatives according to your needs and assist them in completing the procedures for going abroad as soon as possible. However, due to temporary and urgent travel abroad, the travel agency cannot guarantee that the prices for air tickets, hotels, etc. will be the group price or other preferential prices. All related costs will be borne by you. Please understand.

(6) When participating in itinerary attractions or free activities abroad, please be sure to follow the instructions of the tour leader and relevant attractions, and be sure to participate in appropriate activities based on your own physical condition. Please do not participate in any activities that are not suitable for your body or are dangerous and irritating to avoid causing harm to your body. The travel agency especially reminds tourists with the following diseases: tourists with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or similar medical history, mental illness or similar medical history, asthma or similar medical history, cervical spondylosis and unmentioned recurrent diseases, as well as healthy people over 55 years old and pregnant women, please do not participate in the following similar activities, including: going to the sea, diving, swimming, surfing, Mountaineering (including climbing activities), rafting, skiing, horseback riding, skydiving, hot air balloons, helicopters, desert off-road vehicles, desert motorcycles, various desert sand washing activities, cross-country hiking, sightseeing cable cars with more than ten floors, suspended cable cars, all exciting rides in amusement parks, close contact with wild animals and other high-risk activities to avoid unnecessary physical harm, please understand.

(7) We usually do not include dangerous and exciting activities in the itinerary. If you find that there are any activities that may cause harm to your body, please be sure to inform the group leader or tour guide in advance, and we will make appropriate arrangements.

3.Risk warnings regarding tourists’ personal property and shopping

(1) Please take good care of your personal belongings and property during your overseas travel. During the group trip, please do not leave the group without authorization, follow the group activities, and pay attention to personal property at any time and at any time. Do not leave personal property alone or store it in checked luggage, buses, or hotel rooms. There is no error in this sentence. If your personal property is robbed during the trip, the travel agency will try its best to assist you in reporting the crime locally. However, the travel agency cannot guarantee whether your stolen property can be recovered, nor can it bear the resulting property losses. Please understand.

(2) If you purchase goods in a country where tax refund is available, please be sure to keep your tax refund form. The tour leader and tour guide can help you fill out the tax refund form. If conditions permit, we can also take you to the location where you can apply for tax refund. Regarding shopping tax refund, it is the destination country’s own policy. The travel agency cannot guarantee whether you can get the tax refund smoothly. Please understand. There is no error in this sentence.

(3) The shopping card processing fee has been charged by the bank and cannot be refunded. If there is a handling fee when returning the product, it will be borne by the traveler. Please understand.

4.Important tips on carrying luggage for cross-border travel products

Since cross-border tourism products involve a lot of flight itineraries and there is a possibility of baggage loss during flight operations, it will be difficult to retrieve the baggage once it is lost. In order to protect your rights and travel convenience to the greatest extent, here are the following important reminders:

(1) Suggestions on carry-on items: It is strongly recommended that you carry valuable items (such as jewelry, electronic products, important documents, etc.) and special medicines with you and do not check them in. Among them, if you need to take or inject medicines every day due to physical reasons, and the medicines are in liquid form, you must go to the hospital in advance to issue relevant certification documents to ensure that you can pass the security check smoothly.

(2) Baggage loss handling mechanism: If your baggage is unfortunately lost, our agency will actively assist you in handling related procedures such as reporting lost baggage, and assist you in contacting the operating airline to find your baggage. If your ticket was ordered by our agency, we will also assist you in applying for a claim with the airline. However, it should be noted that according to relevant regulations and agreements, our agency only provides assistance services during this process, and our agency does not assume liability for compensation for lost luggage.

(3) Supplementary insurance suggestions: If you have concerns about the compensation amount of the basic insurance, in order to further enhance the protection, it is recommended that you purchase high-value travel insurance according to your own needs to cover more potential risks.

Friendly reminder about room sharing rules

1. Instructions for single person registration to share a room

(1) When registering as a single person, in principle, you need to pay for the single room difference. If you want to share a room with other guests in the same group, please clearly indicate whether you need to share a room when registering, and we will try our best to coordinate the arrangement.

(2) It is important to note that because we are a group of individual guests (not a family group), we cannot guarantee in advance whether the guests sharing the same room have special sleeping habits, such as snoring, grinding teeth, talking in sleep, sleeping with lights on, drinking alcohol in the room, etc. If these conditions affect your rest and thus your overall condition during the tour, we strongly recommend that guests who sign up alone and have sleep problems, or those who have special sleeping habits, pay for the single room difference and choose to stay alone.

(3) If you agree with us to arrange shared accommodation, but there is a situation where you need to live alone overseas, you need to negotiate with the hotel overseas and solve the problem by cash or credit card. Please note that you need to pay for a whole room, not half a room, please understand.

2. Rules related to single room difference

(1) For guests who apply for room sharing during registration, we will sort them strictly according to the time of submission of information or the time of deposit payment, and follow the principle of "first come, first served" to match room sharing partners to ensure the fairness of room sharing. If after the group registration deadline, a "natural single room" occurs that is not caused by your own wishes (that is, you cannot match a roommate of the same gender and can only live alone), the handling method is as follows:

Bear the difference for a single room:The last guest who submits information or pays a deposit in order will be responsible for the single room difference.

Group date or itinerary adjustment:If you postpone the trip to the next group tour, the travel price will remain the same as the originally registered group period. When registering for the next group tour, you will enjoy the "priority room sharing" rights, and we will give you priority in matching room sharing partners.

(2) IfIf you change your itinerary to another suitable one, you will also enjoy the "priority room sharing" rights, and we will give you priority in matching you with a room sharing partner.

Tourist feedback and signature confirmation

1. Tips for filling in the "Tourist Feedback Form"

(1) When a travel agency handles complaints, the "Tourist Feedback Form" is an important basis for us. When filling it out, please be sure to adhere to the principles of fairness, objectivity, and authenticity. If you leave a blank comment form, we will treat it as if you have no objection to the trip.

(2) Signing means that you have fully read and clearly understood the meaning of the above terms, and have reached a consensus with the above terms.
