黄刀镇极光(1024)4

Today you will arrive in Yellowknife, the capital of Canada's Northwest Territories province. Yellowknife Airport (YZF) provides a 24-hour free pick-up service. Your tour guide will be wearing a red Canada goose and waiting for you holding a pick-up sign with your name on it. After picking you up, the tour guide will hand you the warm clothes and then go to the hotel to check in.

Huangdao Town is one of the three major aurora viewing spots in the world. It has a superior geographical location and natural conditions. The aurora can be seen about 240 days a year. When night falls, in order to stay away from the light pollution of the city, we will drive to the Indian Safari Tent Valley Camp and wait for the Aurora to appear. The camp provides hot drinks and snacks. Lucky guests will have the opportunity to meet old Indian hunters who have returned from hunting and see them demonstrate their hunting methods and the prey they caught. After the aurora appears, we will follow the photography guide to take photos as much as we can. The negatives will be uploaded to the cloud and downloaded for free without loss.

If you encounter windy and snowy weather, experienced drivers with many years of light chasing experience will take you to the lake or forest where you may see the aurora.

Polar Dog Sledding Dog Sledding Adventure

Dog sledding was originally a common means of transportation for the Eskimos, but here it is a must-have outdoor experience in winter. Under the control of professionals, you can experience the thrill of running on the vast snowy sea. During the dog sledding, you can play yo-yo on the snow, roast marshmallows, and pose for photos with giant snowshoes. 2-4 people ride 12-16 Alaskan/Husky dogs for a 15-minute run around a forest lake.

Indian Ice Fishing Tour

Go to the home of the Indians and watch the locals set up nets to fish by the lake (100% catch of fish). Fresh fish will also be cooked and fried on site. Various methods of frying and cooking will not only present you a visual feast, but also allow your taste buds to experience different delicious stimulations! In the cold wind, a bowl of delicious fish soup is perfect. Paired with Indian pancakes, it will keep you warm and comfortable!

Yellowknife Snowmobile Yellowknife Snowmobile

Different from the motorcycles we see every day that use wheels to run on the road, the snowmobiles in Yellowknife, Canada, do not have wheels. Instead, they use the rotation of tracks to travel, making them more stable when traveling in the snow. In the Arctic, there is nothing more exciting than snowmobiling and experiencing the feeling of conquering this sea of snow. Brand new snowmobile, equipped with a heated helmet, escorted by a tour guide with many years of polar experience

Today you will enjoy a leisurely day in Yellowknife Town. You can arrange your own activities or participate in local winter special projects at your own expense.

When night falls, in order to avoid urban light pollution, we will depart from the hotel at around 22:00 to Tipi Tent Camp to hunt for the aurora. Every night there will be two experiences: camp + light chasing. The light chasing stops next to the forests near various lakes. Guests who don’t like chasing the light can also choose to stay in the camp and wait for the aurora.

Good places for free activities: the tribal flag corridor next to the museum, the trail along Frame Lake, and watching diamonds being polished at the Diamond Center.

Food recommendation (at your own expense): The hot and sour soup at Gold Range is very good. In the early years, in order to welcome the Queen of England to visit, they specially made long spring rolls. Shrimp fried rice at Sushi Cafe.
